Bonus Rules

If nothing else is specified in the promotion or campaign material, the following rules apply:

Wagering requirements

• The wagering requirement for deposit bonuses ("Deposit Bonus") is fifty times the bonus amount credited (50x bonus).
• The wagering requirement for non-Deposit Bonuses for example free spins and free bonuses ("Standard Bonus"), or winnings from Free Spins, is fifty times (50x bonus) the bonus amount credited or won.
• All winnings from bets or wagers placed with Deposit Bonuses or Standard Bonuses that have been awarded (collectively, "Bonuses") are considered to be Bonus money and will be converted to real money only after bonus wagering requirements are met.
• The wagering requirement that applies to Bonuses that have been awarded to you must be completed within:
  • 7 days for Deposit Bonuses.
  • 24 hours for Standard Bonuses.
• Example: Let’s say that you have received a Bonus of €100. You bet €1 per spin on a slot machine 100 times, then you have wagered €100, no matter if you win or lose. This has to be done 50 times for a Bonus where the standard wagering requirement applies.

Bonus money and real money prioritization

• Bonus money will always be used first when you have both real money and Bonus money in your account.
• Example: If you deposit €100 while already having a €100 Bonus in your account, the €100 Bonus money will be used first.

Games excluded as part of wagering requirements

• "Bonus buy", i.e. as a feature in a game when a bonus round of Free Spins round can be bought, is not allowed when using bonus money and Firespin.com reserves the right to forfeit the whole bonus.
• The use of Bonus money for the purpose of, or as part of any progress through the stages of any game being played:
  (i) such that you build up and/or it results in an enhanced chance or opportunity for you to win, play a bonus round or increase the amount or size of a payout that might be awarded to you; and
  (ii) where any of the foregoing possibilities exist and you then switch to or use real money funds held in your account in order to realise these possibilities, it will be considered as abusive play and is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate any player account with immediate effect as well as reverse or confiscate any winnings that may have been allocated to that player account, where we reasonably suspect or believe the account in question has been used to engage in prohibited play.

Maximum stake

• The maximum stake per slot spin/table game, and hand/video poker deal when playing with bonus money is five Euro (€5). If this rule is broken, the player agrees that the bonus and any associated winnings may be removed.

General bonus rules

• The minimum deposit for claiming any deposit offer is €25 unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses or Free Spins need to be claimed within 24 hours from the time they are offered.
• If a deposit code is specified it has to be used when making the deposit in order to receive the Bonus/Free Spins.
• In order to claim a deposit Free Spins offer, the deposited money is subject to a 5x wagering requirement.
• We may reclaim any Offer or Bonus that has been awarded in error.
• If a Casino bonus is forfeited, the full bonus amount will be removed from the account. Note: The account balance would be reduced to zero in case there are no funds remaining from any potential deposit.
• The casino bonuses can only be claimed once per person, household, shared IP address, or computer unless otherwise stated for the particular promotion.
• Bonuses and Free Spins are personal and can only be used by the person who received the specific offer.
• Firespin.com reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a promotional offer as well as change the criteria for using the offer at any time, regardless of any information given in conjunction with any Bonus offer.
• Claiming game winnings from free spin or bonus features initiated with bonus funds but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost, or forfeited can result in the removal of all winnings.
• The maximum that can be withdrawn from an account for a player that has not made any deposits is €250.
• The above requirements are general; however, there might be additional conditions for specific bonuses.

Abuse and fraudulent activities

• Firespin has the right to review transaction records at any time for any reason. If Firespin believes or has reason to suspect that you have engaged in irregular gameplay, where we deem such gameplay amounts to bonus abuse, we may (at our sole discretion), block, suspend withhold or withdraw any Bonus that may or would have been awarded to you otherwise and confiscate all winnings earned through or arising from such gameplay.
• If Firespin has reason to believe or suspect that its promotions are being abused and/or its terms and conditions are not being adhered to, in any way, by a player or group of players, we may take such action as we deem necessary against such player(s) including but not limited to withholding any winning amounts from the suspected player(s) or confiscating amounts already awarded and restricting or excluding such player(s) from participating in future bonus promotions.
• To be eligible for any bonus offered by Firespin.com all personal information submitted must be up to date and accurate. Firespin.com reserves the right to remove any Bonuses and winnings for an account containing inaccurate or false personal details.

Email and SMS offers

• Firespin.com may send players promotional offers via email or SMS. These offers are extra benefits that players can use to practice playing and test the games.
• The player needs to receive the promotional email or SMS personally in order for them to claim the bonus. The Casino reserves the right to remove all Bonus funds and winnings from an account if the player has claimed a bonus that they didn’t receive in a promotional message.

General casino rules

• The daily maximum withdrawal amount is €10000 per player.
